• To be a member of the nation’s largest volunteer child’s advocacy group

• Print the membership form - English | Español
• Fill it out
• Attach cash or check

  	Individual Membership - $9 (one directory)
  	Family Membership - $16 (two directories – 1 at home, 1 for the car!)
  	Make checks payable to NHE PTA

• Turn in form and payment to the school office
