Ready to join us? Just follow these easy steps:

• Print the membership form - you may need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader
• Fill it out
• Attach cash or check

  	Individual Membership - $7 (one directory)
  	Family Membership - $14 (two directories – 1 at home, 1 for the car!)
  	Make checks payable to NHE PTA

• Turn in form and payment to the school office
